Sinden started his taekwondo journey as soon as he was old enough, and eventually joined the GB Taekwondo's Development Programme. Here he made his mark across junior competitions, including gold at the 2015 European Championships.Since transitioning to the World Class Performance Programme in Manchester, Sinden has been dubbed "Mr Consistent" for his strong medalling track record over the years. Most recently, he became a two-time European Champion at the 2024 Serbian European Championships.
